Con Livissianis commences 21+ visits to India, building the network and relationships that would form the foundation of the Australia–India corridor.
Bilateral trade facilitation entity established in February 2023, bringing together Exemplar and The Leadership Company (Qld) to formalise the Australia–India business bridge.
Skills assessment and employment placement platform built, with LinkedIn Open Badge integration. Launched publicly at exemplartalentconnect.com.au in October 2026 with further features, including AI Workplace Readiness assessments, display names and protections for students under 18.
Australia India Business Queensland Pty Ltd incorporated 28 April 2026, extending our national reach and deepening ties with Queensland Government and the TAFE Queensland network.
Exemplar Talent Connect is Exemplar's skills assessment and talent platform. Students, graduates and job seekers sit independent online assessments in Numerical Reasoning; Communication, Comprehension and Spelling; Australian Workplace Culture; and Ethics and Integrity, along with three tiers of AI Workplace Readiness. Successful candidates earn a portable credential with a QR code and LinkedIn badge and become visible to employers looking for verified skills. Built on 45 years of Exemplar's work in governance and performance, it gives employers another reliable measure of a candidate and gives candidates a clear way to show what they can do.

Con founded Exemplar in 1981 and has led the organisation through 45 years of transformation. An author, company director and international business leader, Con has completed 21 business visits to India and brings multi-industry expertise spanning hospitality, construction, agriculture, aged care and AI governance.
